How to activate the warranty service?
Welcome to Qeefun’s self-service page for processing warranty requests and making inquiries. This page is for you to reach out to us when you have issues with your product or to quickly help resolve any other issue you’re experiencing. We sincerely hope you have a positive experience every time you shop at Qeefun.
We support a 18-month hassle-free warranty. From the time you purchase the product to 18 months, we provide free repair service and give you a hand at any time.
Please submit a ticket above if you need to activate your warranty service.
If your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please contact us via the feedback form below and let us know what we can do to help you. It may save you time to first troubleshoot issues by going to our FAQ page or looking at Instruction Manuals before filing a warranty claim.

Warranty Information Tips
* Order ID: You can find this in the order history of the account the purchase was made through.
* Model Number: You can find this in your account's order history, as well as on the packaging or manual of the product. Some products come with the model number printed directly on them. Model numbers help us identify the exact make and model of your product more accurately than a product name would.
* Photos: If the defective item is damaged, please provide at least 2 photos showing the defect.
Please note we will not accept any items returned to us without prior correspondence with our Customer Service Team.
Shipping Costs Should Be Covered by Buyer in the Following Situations:
* Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
* Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
* Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Qeefun quality control to be in working condition.
* Returning defective items in international shipping.
* Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
Note: Before Qeefun can release a replacement, it may be necessary to return the defective item for quality inspection.
What is NOT covered by this warranty?
* Daily wear-and-tear
* Items not manufactured by us
* Items not sold by us or our authorised resellers
* Misuse or mishandling of the product
* Theft or loss of the product
* Items that have expired their warranty period
* Non quality-related issues
* Free products
* Repairs through 3rd parties
* Damage from outside sources
* Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
Not Liable for
* Loss of data incurred from use of Qeefun products
* Returning personal items sent to Qeefun
What should I do if I received a defective or damaged item?
We are sorry to hear that you’ve received your item in this condition. If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will assist you with a replacement through our Warranty Program as promptly as possible.
Note: Qeefun reserves the right to final explanation of all the above terms.
